I’ve unzipped the file and “make” the makefile into the hanvon directory then inserted the module, when I open GIMP I see it as a new input device with the touchpad of my laptop and the optical mouse, but it doesn’t work! I’m using ubuntu 12.10 with kernel 3.5 do you need more info about the tablet?

Hello, I have the Nilox Easy Sketch tablet that is listed as ID 0b57:8030 Beijing HanwangTechnology Co., Ltd I was wondering if we could let the driver work with it too, I’ve checked the lsusb -v and other file and the two tablets have the same values, could we work on it too? I

Hi,

Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, was du da treibst.
Nach welcher Anleitung hast du Clonezilla so eingerichtet und wie sieht deine default-Menü im PXE aus. Vorallem die APPEND= Zeile wäre hier für mich interessant. Viele Wege führen nach Rom deswegen brauch ich hier mehr Infos. Am besten per Email.

Huhu,

erstmal danke für den Guide. Folgendes Problem. Ich habe einen PXE Server im Netz zu stehen und Clonezilla “installiert”. Wenn ich Clonezilla starte, wähle ich die Sprache und Tastatur aus. Dann kommt kurz ein Ladescreen und ich werde nach einem Passwort für den Benutzer “localuser” gefragt. Laut Clonezilla.org sind die Passwörter für den Benutzer A) user/live oder B) root/keinpasswort. Leider funktionier beides nicht. Ich suche schon seit ca. drölf Stunden nach einem winzigen Ansatz, wo ich das Passwort für den Benutzer “localuser” ändern kann. Ich werd bald wahnsinnig !!! Würd mich freuen wenn du da evtl. einen Rat für mich hast. Danke dir !

Nope, den sync gab es schon bei 1.9.4 (vermutlich auch früher). Damals gab es noch einen ekligen Bug beim automatischen pushen nach einem merge.
Anmerkung zu verschiedenen sync-Orten: Aus der Doku wird IMHO nicht richtig klar, dass man die auch mit “push.foobar.uri=” angeben und dann mit “task push foobar” ansprechen (sinngemäß auch mit pull/merge).

Hey Craig,
There is an batch mode suffix that prevents the script to perform any prompts.
use

1	ocs_live_batch="yes"

To change the default path of partimag use

1	-or /live/image/home/partimag

which is the /home of your usb stick. I dont know if batch mode is required. Newer tried to store an image if it already exited on the target. Is there a prompt? If yes try to use the batch mode.

Funktioniert nicht ist etwas vage. Bei mir funktioniert er, wenn du ihn aber per copy & paste in dein Terminal einfügst kann er nicht funktioniern, weil dein blog die ascii double quotes durch öffnende und schließende Anführungszeichen ersetzt. Eventuell musst du aber auch noch den -name Test für find in solche Anführungszeichen setzen.
Also so:

1	find /home/claw/Musik -name ".flac" \| while read datei; do echo "converting $datei" && nice -19 sox "$datei" "${datei%.}.mp3" ; done

Aber wie gesagt: Nicht einfach kopieren. Die Anführungszeichen müssen jeweils das Ascii-Zeichen 34 sein.

Hallo Werner weil sox mit Leerzeichen umgehen kann, da es die args mit der Erweiterung trennt (.mp3,.flac). sox stört sich nicht an Leerzeichen in Dateinamen – an den Quotes wiederum schon. Dein Befehl funktioniert übrigens nicht. Ansonsten schöne Tipps danke!

Ich hab keine Lust mir Kommandozeilenparameter zu merken oder tausend kleine Skriptchen rumliegen zu haben

Ist es möglich über Luci Static-WDS einzurichten? Das Lazy WDS wird glaub ich nicht von jedem Client unterstützt?! Falls nicht alle AP´s mit OpenWRT geflasht sind.

Immer dieser Blödsinn mit dem Internal field separator. Der Shell-Weg durch Zeilenumbruch getrennte Eingabe zu lesen ist der read-Befehl. Außerdem würde ich $datei immer in “” setzen, falls der Dateiname Leerzeichen enthält. Und schließlich bekommst man in Bash den Dateinamen ohne Erweiterung durch folgendes Konstrukt: ${datei%.*}

Alles in allem also:

I will need some more information about your case.
How do you flash the drive with clonzilla (e.g. Unetbootin, dd) ?
Do you realy need to use NTFS and why?
FAT32 limitation is 4G by the way. 2G is for FAT16.
Why cant you split the files? There is an option for splitting images.
What do you mean by ‘doesn´t recognize’ ? Isn’t it listed in the bootmenu ? Is it recognized by the bios ?

As i have promised:
If you want to store or restore the image from your Stick/Pendrive/External HD/whatever you can use

1	-or /live/image/home/partimag

as an option to ocs-sr. This will change the default Location to the /home/partimag folder on your Stick.

Here’s my ocs_live_run for this

1	ocs_live_run="/usr/sbin/ocs-sr -icds -p reboot -b -or /live/image/home/partimag -u saveparts wkk-img sda1"

Sorry, but i forgot to tell you something, my pendrive is format in NTFS and not in FAT32, because i need to store files greater than 2GB and i can´t split them.

i´m trying to customize the syslinux.cfg. I want to boot with an usb clonezilla live, and to store the image of my hd computer into the pendrive. But it is imposible, it doesn´t recognize my usb pendrive. I´ve tried with”ocs_prerun=”mount /dev/sdb /home/partimag” but it doesn´t work. Could you help me, please?
